Return Exceptions Electrical and gas items can not be returned 48 hours after receiving. Items that have been cut to order or special orders will not be accepted for return or exchange. Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Restocking Fee All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. However if the product received was defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product and we will exchange the product at no additional cost to you. Exchanges If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. |
